１．原子力機構への入構およびJRR-3入域手続き
【原子力機構での手続き】正門中央警備室
中央警備室で受付を行ってください。
１）受付窓口で身分証を提示する。
マイナンバーカード・運転免許証・パスポート等の顔写真付き公的身分証を指す。
学生証も可。ただし大学職員証は不可。
２）臨時立入者証、車両通行許可証（車で入構が必要な者のみ）を受け取る。
以下の手順でご提出ください。
下に示したJAEA構内図を参照し、研究炉実験管理棟3F「大学開放研究室」に向かってください。
【大学共同利用事務での手続き】大学開放研
研究炉実験管理棟3階307号室の共同利用受付窓口までお越しください。
１）来所時手続き（年度初入構時10分程度）・旅費申請書類への署名
２）入構許可証（正門で渡された臨時立入者証と交換）
※車両ステッカー（該当者のみ）の受け取り
３）JRR-3ガラスバッジ、ガイドホール開錠カードの受け取り
※入構許可証は、3日以上滞在する方が対象です。入構期間が2日以下の場合は正門で入構のたびに臨時立入者証の発行手続きを行ってください。
【営業時間】
平日 9:15 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 16:30
※12:00 – 13:00 業務休止
２．実験及びユーザー控室に関するルール
JRR-3はJAEAが管理している研究用原子炉施設です。
JAEA構内での規則、安全に実験を行うために下記のURLを実験前に必ずご一読ください。

３．実験後の手続き
１．貸与物の返却
返却場所：研究炉実験管理棟 共同利用受付カウンター
貸与物：JRR-3ガラスバッジ、ガイドホール開錠カード
窓口受付時間：9:15 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 16:30
※日中（9:15 – 16:30）は対面でご返却ください。
窓口業務時間外に帰任する場合
返却BOX：廊下にある壁掛けポスト
２．原子力機構からの退構手続き
原科研正門（中央警備室）の窓口に返却するもの
・入構許可証
・車両通行用ステッカー（該当者のみ）
４．成果登録について
共同利用実験を行われた皆様には、実験報告書（Experimental Report）の提出をお願いしております。
また、実験で得られた結果を発表した学術論文、学位論文についてNSL RINGより登録をお願いいたします。

５．波紋宿舎について

- NSL RINGから来所情報を登録される際、宿泊のご希望についてご入力ください。
- 当施設より、登録されたメールアドレス宛に宿泊予約確認書のファイルをお送りします※１。
- 宿泊料金はチェックアウト当日の午前10時までに事務室の窓口でお支払いください※２。
※１ 満室で予約が取れない場合は連絡いたします。
※２ 2024年7月より、現金払いに加えキャッシュレス決済をお選びいただけるようになりました。ご利用の際は事務室職員にその旨お伝えください。

１．Arrival Instructions at JAEA
（１）At JAEA Main Gate Entrance
Please follow the procedures below.
1. Stop at the Main Gate Entrance and present your official valid ID with photo for admittance to JAEA.
A student card will be acceptable for students.
Please note that Company ID or University staff ID is not acceptable.
2. Receive one day limited visitor pass and vehicle pass*.
* one day limited visitor pass and vehicle pass will be exchanged to regular Entrance pass and Vehicle Pass for an eligible user.
Head to our NSL Users office located the third floor of Research Reactor Experimental Administration Bldg., “University Open Laboratory” (see the map).
（２）At reception desk in NSL Users Office
Please check in at reception desk following the procedures below.
1. Check in at reception.
2. Read through the precaution about carrying regular entry pass (Approx. 10 mins).
3. For over three(3) days stay, receive a regular Visitor Pass and a Valid Vehicle Pass.
4. Receive an glass badge and a card key for Guide Hall.
Please note the entry pass will not be issued for the staying insite less than 2 days.
For the short term visitors, please make an every stop at the Main Gate Entrance when visiting.

２．Rules regarding Experiments and User waiting room
In order to conduct neutron scattering experiments safely at JRR-3, a nuclear reactor facility, and in order to enable users to conduct experiments comfortably with each other in joint-use facility, we have compiled a list of things you should follow.

３．Last day of your experiments
1. At the NSL users office
Please return all stuffs (Glass badge and a Card Key) during the business hours. 9:15 – 12:00, 13:00 – 16:30
Drop them in the Returning box by the office door when you are returning them after 16:30.(see the figure below)
2. At the Main Gate Entrance (the security checkpoint)
Please return the entrance permit and the entrance Vehicle Pass (if you have).
Please note you are not allow to stop by anywhere in JAEA after returning all the stuffs.
４．Regarding Activity Reports
We request that all participants in collaborative experiments submit an Experimental Report.
Furthermore, please register any academic papers or dissertations that present the results obtained from your experiments via NSL RING.

５．Hamon Guest House

After about 6 minutes ride, get off at “Masaki Higashi(真崎東)” and about 10 minutes on foot from “Masaki Higashi(真崎東)” bus stop.
