中性子科学研究施設

共同利用実験の実施後には、実験報告書（Experimental Report）のご提出をお願いします。また、学術論文や学位論文として発表した際には、成果情報の登録を必ず行ってください。実験報告書の提出および成果情報の登録につきましては、NSL RINGより、下記の各手順に従ってお願いします。
成果情報の登録は、東大物性研のみならず、JRR-3が外部評価を受ける際の基礎資料となります。JRR-3が将来にわたって安定的に運営されていくためにも、ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

All users must submit the results of the GUP experiment using the 12 instruments at JRR-3 and the instruments in J-PARC MLF BL12(HRC).

Please submit the experimental report on an experiment performed following the instructions below. Also,  when you publish your results in an academic paper or dissertation, please register it on NSL RING

当中性子科学研究施設が運営するJRR-3の大学管理装置、J-PARC MLF BL12（HRC）を用いた実験について、学術論文や学位論文を執筆・発表の際に、必ず、使用した装置と関連する課題番号を記載するようにお願いします。

When publishing a paper or dissertation on experiment using the university-owned instruments at JRR-3 managed by Neutron Science Laboratory or J-PARC MLF BL12 (HRC), please be sure to include the instrument used and the related proposal number(s) in the acknowledgment.

2023年度実施課題より、研究代表者がNSL RINGにログインして提出する方式に変更となりました。

The submission method has been changed to a method where the Principal Investigator logs into the NSL RING for submission.

STEP1
１．NSL RINGにログイン
２．【利用成果】＞【実験報告書提出】クリック
３．年度＝2024を選択し、【課題表示】をクリック
４．実施課題がリスト表示されるとともに、実験報告書の提出が必要な課題（1日以上実施した課題）の【実験報告】カラムにステータスが未提出と表示されます。
5．未提出表示の下にある【編集】をクリック

STEP1
１.Log into NSL RING .
２.Click [Publications]  and, click [Experimental Report].
３.Select the year “2024” and click [View Proposals].
４.A list of proposals will be displayed and the status “Not submitted” will appear in the “Experimental Reports” field for those proposals being required an experiment report which is conducted for more than one day.
5.Click “Edit” below the “Not submitted” status.

STEP2
Please fill in the fields following the note below before uploading your report.
・*Proposal No.1：No editing is required as the proposal number selected in Step 1 will be automatically entered.

・Proposal No. 2 & 3 (optional)： You may combine report into a single one if you have performed experiment on a single research theme under multiple proposal numbers (up to 3 proposals).
In this case, please enter the appropriate proposal number.
Proposal numbers can be found on the Accepted Proposals page.

・*Research Field：The research field of the selected proposal number will be automatically selected, but please change it if you wish.

・*Title of the report：The title of the report for the selected proposal number will be automatically entered, but please change it if you wish. 

・*Authors：Please enter in English. The names do not necessarily need to match to the corresponding collaborators.

・*Report File(PDF)：Convert your report to a PDF file and upload it from the [Select File].  The file can be replaced before you complete the submission from [Submit Experiment Report] at the bottom of the page.

入力とアップロードが終わったら、【実験報告　提出】をクリックします。「実験報告を提出しました」のダイアログが表示されれば、提出は完了です。「実験報告」カラムに表示されるステータスが、提出済になります。
Proposal No 2 & 3に課題番号を入力して報告書を提出した場合は、その課題番号の報告書は自動的に提出済になります。
提出期限までにすべての課題について、提出を完了させてください。

過去の実験報告書は物性研全体のActivity Reportの一部として一般公開されています。

Once you have finished entering and uploading, click on “Submit Experiment Report”. If the “Experiment Report Submitted” dialog box appears, the submission is complete. The status displayed in the “Experiment Report” column will change to “Submitted“.
If you entered the project number in Proposal No. 2 & 3 and submitted the report, the report for that project number will automatically be marked as “Submitted“.
Please complete the submission of all projects by the deadline.

中性子科学研究施設が運営する共同利用装置（JRR-3に設置する大学管理装置12台ならびにJ-PARC MLF BL12(HRC)）を用いた成果から、学術論文・学位論文を発表しましたら、以下の手順で登録してください。
共同利用施設として将来にわたって安定して運営し続けていくためには、多くの成果が捻出され、かつそれらがわかりやすい形で公開されている必要があります。
ご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

１．NSL RINGにログイン
２．メニューの「利用成果」＞「成果登録」をクリック

Browsing and registration of publications such as papers and dissertations with our General User Program (GUP) have been available on NSL RING.

Once you have published your results using university-owned instruments in JRR-3 and J-PARC MLF BL12 (HRC), be sure to register the publication(s) promptly following steps below.

1.Log into NSL RING account.
2.Click on  [Publication] on top menu tab and select [Register].
