NSL RINGログイン障害の復旧について / The recovery of the NSL RING login issue

NSL RINGにログインできない問題につきまして、先ほどJRR-3 Ringシステムが復旧し、NSL RINGへのログインも可能となりました。

Regarding the issue of logging in to NSL RING, we would like to inform you that the JRR-3 Ring system has now been restored, and login access to NSL RING is available again.
